Leads the Global SAP Service Line:
o Perform Tactical Governance with Internal service recipients.
o Organize reviews, monitor service, perform analysis and conduct focused improvement initiatives (GSTD or more consistent DMAIC projects).
o Drive Supplier performance improvement and maintain increasing levels of harmonization and standardization with Internal Partners
o Drive Industrialization of new Development Service Lines or Development Technologies
o Main point of contact for escalations.
o Process and tools simplification exercises to reach end-to-end approach.
o Identify and drive improvement initiatives
o Be ready to embrace new Agile ways of working like DevOps

o Ensure motivation and performance
o Coach and develop people as individuals and as a team, including career and succession planning
o Develop and maintain required competencies within team, ensuring smooth and efficient people flow and knowledge transfer
Education and experience:
10+ years experience of SAP and non-SAP software development
Knowledge of SAP HANA and UI/5
Proven experience in managing and leading small teams and projects
Proven experience in managing offshore suppliers
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work autonomously, well organized
Pragmatic and open minded
Strong decision making and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)
Strong experience with matrix organization and business projects multi-disciplinary teams
International exposure and multi-cultural experience
